TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is Port Hughes Fishing Charters.
2. Promotion period
The promotion opens on 28 August and closes at 11:00 am on 4 September. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Port Hughes Fishing Charters, their immediate family members, and any other person directly involved in conducting the promotion.
4. How to enter
To enter, participants must contact Port Hughes Fishing Charters by commenting “SHIRT” or sending a message, receive payment details, and purchase a Port Hughes Fishing Charters promotional shirt for $50 during the promotion period. Participants must provide their full name, contact details, preferred shirt size and any other required ordering information. Each shirt purchased provides one base entry into the draw, with bonus entries applied as follows: purchasing two shirts provides three entries, and purchasing five shirts provides ten entries. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment method and details provided by Port Hughes Fishing Charters. Participants should ensure that payment is made only through the official payment details supplied by Port Hughes Fishing Charters. Orders that remain unpaid may not be accepted or included in the promotion.
6. Postage and delivery
A flat postage fee of $10 applies to deliveries anywhere in South Australia. Any other applicable delivery costs will be advised before dispatch and may be payable by the participant.
7. Shirt orders
Shirts will be ordered as soon as the promotion ends. Shirt sizes, colours and availability are subject to the options offered by Port Hughes Fishing Charters. Participants should confirm their preferred size and any other required details when placing their order.
8. Shirt delivery or collection
Participants may choose to have their shirts posted or collected by arrangement. Those choosing postage will be charged the applicable postage fee. Participants will be notified when their shirts are ready for collection or dispatch.
9. Limited-edition merchandise
The shirts are part of a one-off merchandise run. Once this promotion and shirt order have been completed, Port Hughes Fishing Charters does not intend to produce the same shirts again. Shirt production is subject to supplier availability and may be reasonably delayed by circumstances outside the promoter’s control.
10. Prize pool
The total prize pool is $1,800, consisting of:
* First prize: one $900 Port Hughes Fishing Charters voucher;
* Second prize: one $600 Port Hughes Fishing Charters voucher; and
* Third prize: one $300 Port Hughes Fishing Charters voucher.
11. Prize draw
The draw will take place at 6:00 pm on 4 September at a location or by an online method determined by Port Hughes Fishing Charters. Entries will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected.
12. Winner notification
Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry and may be announced on the Port Hughes Fishing Charters social media pages. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, or is found to be ineligible, the promoter may conduct a redraw.
13. Voucher conditions
Prize vouchers:
* are not transferable or redeemable for cash;
* must be used toward eligible Port Hughes Fishing Charters services;
* are subject to availability and normal booking conditions;
* must be used by the expiry date specified on the voucher; and
* cannot be combined with other offers unless agreed by Port Hughes Fishing Charters.
14. No cash alternative
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except where required by law or at the promoter’s discretion.
15. Entry information
By entering, participants consent to Port Hughes Fishing Charters collecting and using their personal information for administering the promotion, processing payments, contacting winners and arranging shirt orders. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
16. Social media disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform used to promote it.
17. Changes or cancellation
Port Hughes Fishing Charters reserves the right to cancel, modify or extend the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws and any required approvals.
18. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Port Hughes Fishing Charters is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries, payment errors, technical issues, delivery delays, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
19. Applicable law
This promotion is subject to the laws of South Australia and applicable Australian laws. Participants should review these terms before entering.
