Dè Cider Dè Cider is a premium boutique craft cider, the first of its kind to be produced in Port Macquarie.

Dè Cider is a home grown collaboration between Alex and Jessica Cassegrain from Cassegrain Wines, and Jason and Gemma Clifton from Hops and Tales Brewery. This cider is sure to win over even the most discerning cider enthusiast, as indeed the name indicates! We will be launching at the inaugural ‘Port Macquarie Beer & Cider Festival’ on Saturday 26th September, and hope to soon expand our range to include experimental lines and other niche products led by consumer trends and preferences. The name, Dè Cider, represents a brand that is youthful and spirited with a strong sense of fun. It was coined by our eagerness to play around with themes and innovate new concepts, while paying homage to Cassegrain’s French heritage.
