We don't have any answers, but would be interesting to share your thoughts..here's our question...Will we be getting reimbursed for the passport we are unable to use or will they be offering extensions on the expiration date?

HERE'S WHAT WE'VE BEEN UP TO…... Just a quick update to let you know we are still “open for business” just in a different way – working from our home offices. We are doing a few domestic bookings, because quite frankly, we are not confident in doing any future international bookings whilst the pandemic and border closures still loom.
Our main focus over the past 10 months has been dealing with cancellations,getting people back home, the ever-CHANGING policy updates from Airlines and other operators, and trying to secure refunds on our client’s behalf or at the very least travel credits. A lot of overseas operators (hotel, airlines etc) are not governed by our Australian Laws and therefore getting them to return money, especially if they are still operating as usual, has been a challenging and time consuming task to say the least.
Rest assured we are doing all that is within our power to do, but somethings we have no control over and are guided by the policies put in place by the individual operators.
We have learnt that we need a lot of patience. We are still waiting for refunds ( from a very well known Australian Airline) that were lodged last August !!! and a lot of overseas operators are taking even longer.

TRAVEL INNES has moved. It's still Business As Usual, we'll just continue to operate from our home offices.
As the Travel industry grinds almost to a complete stand still during this pandemic, we have made the deliberate and strategic decision that to remain financially viable and to ensure we get through this, we will be closing our store at Lake Innes Village and continue to work from our home offices as we have been doing for the past 6 months.
We are currently still assisting many clients with cancellations,refunds, credits, re-booking etc.
Once the world opens up again, we will be here for you and ready to go.
