Truffle hunt followed by truffle brunch June 8th
This truffle hunt and brunch package is a foray into the world of black truffles from their discovery underground, to learning how they grow, how to forage, clean and store them. Jenny, along with talented truffle hunting dogs Maddie, provides expert insights into this fascinating culture, once the preserve of Europeans.
Brunch at nearby Max’s Restaurant completes the experience with food enjoyed in a very Mornington Peninsula setting overlooking vineyards, across the hinterland and out to the bay.

Truffled 63-degree poached egg, wild mushrooms, smoked maple bacon, potato
A slow cooked, 63-degree poached egg, infused with truffle for a rich, velvety texture. Served alongside a medley of sautéed wild mushrooms, crispy smoked maple bacon, and layers of delicate potato, this dish balances earthy, smoky, and umami flavours beautifully.
Buttermilk focaccia | Saltbush
Soft, fluffy buttermilk focaccia, naturally fermented for a depth of flavour and baked to perfection. Finished with saltbush, a native Australian herb, adding a subtle, savory complexity that complements the truffle-forward dishes.
