Earthworks are now well underway on site in Gracemere, QLD.

Moloneys Civil Construction (SIX8 Australia) is delivering the civil works package for the future AusProof industrial development, preparing the site for three new warehouses within the Gracemere industrial precinct.

This project highlights our integrated project delivery capability, with Moloneys Consulting Engineering providing civil engineering services from Material Change of Use (MCU) application through to detailed design and Operational Works (OPW) approvals, allowing the project to transition seamlessly into construction and delivery.

The construction works include bulk earthworks, stormwater infrastructure, underground services, site access construction and associated civil infrastructure. Our crew is currently carrying out grading, moisture conditioning and material haulage across the site, with gravel scheduled to arrive this week as works continue to progress on schedule.

This 1-into-19 residential subdivision is beginning to come to life, with bulk earthworks, stormwater infrastructure and gabion retaining walls now well underway across the site.

9 years ago Jhony joined us as a designer.
