This September, Catalpa Charters is launching its very first whale watching season — and we could not be more ready to share these waters with you.

Humpbacks. Open ocean. The Rockingham coastline doing what it does best. And a crew who genuinely can't wait to get out there.

we are taking inspiration from every aspect along our wild and dramatic west coast.

Did you know the largest migration of humpback Whales travel along Western Australia’s picturesque coastline?

From the icey feeding grounds in Antarctica

To the warm breeding grounds in the Kimberly

Late August to early November they travel back along our coast, their inner compass taking them once again from North to South.

Beyond the limestone cliff headlands of Point Peron and offshore Island the splash of tails and signature blow of the Humpback whales can be seen across the horizon.

We marvel at the beauty and majesty of these ocean wanderers bringing the experience closer than ever before as Venture 111 welcomes travellers from near and far on one of our families ultimate ocean adventures.

When we launched Catalpa Charters, we had a big dream and a whole lot of ocean in front of us. What we didn't expect was just how much YOU would show up — the bookings, the messages, the smiles on the water.

Catch + Keep Cray tours. Sunset cruises. Private charters. Families celebrating milestones. Strangers becoming friends by the time we pull up to the jetty.
