Sunsets are beautiful on The Murray. From Renmark this morning to Mildura & onto Hattah-Kulkyne at Emmett’s Bend north side of the park.

Was lucky enough to be able to find a beautiful little Yoga Studio which was part of Renmark Discovery Holiday Park & took full advantage of it. After carting my mat & bolster around it was great to finally use it, every where else was too rocky, so hopefully either Koondrook or Lake Eppalock it will get another use.

Lucky to have been able to get two weeks off from work, so last Tuesday’s after all that heavy rain we took off into South Australia, with our first overnight stop at Bordertown.

The second night we were in Mannum on the Murray, third Wirra Campground (Para Wirra Conservation Park). We made a surprise trip on the Friday up to see my sister in Quorn for her Birthday & went out for dinner at the Transcontinental Hotel for dinner (was used in the latest Royal Flying Doctors series).

Headed for Port Augusta & then onto Yorke Peninsula for a night. Spent two nights at Worlds End at Burra Burra Gorge & had a look around historical Burra township which is the eighth wonder of the world for it’s Coppermine site for the amount it produced.

Now in Renmark for a couple of nights before moving on. Destination Friday is Lake Eppalock, before back to work Monday!
