Rachael’s travel career spans 20 years with Helloworld Travel Scone, commencing in 2001, and took over Ownership & Management of helloworld Scone. Rachael is an outstanding travel expert and in 2018 she attained the elite position of State and National Manager of the Year which is the pinnacle across the Helloworld National Network of Franchisee outlets and follows many years at the top of the helloworld high achievers. Rachael’s many other accolades include being awarded Top Sales Achiever for Scenic, Trafalgar, Globus and Sunlover. Rachael shares her passion for travel as well as her extensive travel experiences with her loyal band of clients, complimenting her dedicated approach in providing unparalled service at her desk. She has previously worked in the UK, enjoyed extensive travel throughout Europe and additionally has explored countless countries worldwide which enables her to provide invaluable insight on many of the small things that turn a good holiday into a great one! Some of her memorable trips include River Cruising in Europe, a Contiki America trip from the West to the East Coast of USA, and more recently she has just returned from 5 weeks travelling through Italy, France, England and Dubai with her daughter, attending an unforgettable Anzac 2015 service at Villers-Bretonneux in France. Zoe commenced with Helloworld Travel Scone in October 2012, bringing with her two valuable years of travel experience from Harvey World Travel Bathurst. Zoe’s excitement was evident in building her career in the travel industry which quickly transitioned to her becoming a highly accredited International Travel Expert. Goal setting& training have been an important tools in Zoe’s pathway to success, graduating with a Bachelor of Business in Tourism Management degree and also becoming a Cruise Academy graduate. Zoe has travelled the world including Europe River Cruising, skiing in New Zealand, cruising on Carnival and P & O, and exploring Fiji, Singapore, Canada, USA & Disneyland, Hawaii and the United Kingdom. Zoe’s many loyal clients have complete confidence in her consideration of their every need, tailor making their itineraries to exceed expectations. She derives personal satisfaction both working with and getting to know her clients, invariably treating their holidays as if she was carrying their suitcase! Zoe has two gorgeous daughters that takes care of her time away from the office but loves the balance of enjoying time with her family as well as the opportunity to focus on her travel career.
