πŸ”₯ Fireside comforts
With an array of restaurants boasting indoor fireplaces, cellar doors offering intimate fireside tastings, and accommodation where you can cosy up next to a fireplace, it’s fair to say the best place to be in the Hunter Valley this winter is right beside a fire.

🍷 Red wine tastings
There’s no better time to be enjoying Hunter Valley reds.

🍴 Vibrant winter dining scene
Think slow-cooked local produce, rich flavours, and wine pairings that bring the whole scene to life.

πŸ›€πŸ» The ultimate R&R
Immerse yourself in a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation at any of our wellness farms, retreats or spas.

🎈 Winter sunrises from the sky
Enjoy panoramic views of a sunrise over the vineyards with an early morning hot air balloon ride.

🎨 Follow the art trail
In a place so beautiful, creativity, arts and culture go hand in hand with wine and food culture. Explore your creative side with a gallery visit, culture walk, or art class.

The air is crisp, the nights are cold, and the campfire vibes are unbeatable!

There’s something special about winter camping… fewer crowds, peaceful mornings by the lake, and cosy nights around the fire with a hot drink in hand.

Don’t forget the extra layers and your sense of adventure. The Lake St Clair team have the firewood and marshmallows sorted!

An evening that invites you to pause and reflect.

Remembrance 2 – A Greater War is a powerful evening of music, imagery and storytelling that explores the impact of war, loss and the enduring human need to remember.

Blending live performance by musician Robert Harris, celebrated recordings, archival photographs and personal reflections, this moving production invites audiences on a deeply emotional and thought-provoking journey through history, memory and remembrance.

An evocative experience that will stay with you long after the final note.
