Hi! We are Ash and Josh. We live in Sydney with our cheeky little daughter Indiana 🙌

Ashleigh is a Sports Dietitian 🍍 and Yoga Instructor who enjoys working with elite athletes, running interactive workshops and cooking delicious meals. Josh toured as a rock musician (guitarist/singer) for many years in the USA and now runs a busy construction business in Sydney, which he inherited from his father 👨

We are both very keen surfers and before purchasing “Endless Summer”, had been visiting the Smiths Lake area multiple times annually to make many lasting memories with our close family and friends. From sunset picnics at the reccy to adventuring with 4WD’s at the sandbar, sailing on the glassy lake, swimming with the local dolphins, surfing many a turquoise wave and enjoying healthy cook-ups - it became apparent that our hearts loved it here 🩷 🐬

We are so excited to offer you the opportunity to enjoy our beautiful home in this diverse area. It has endless opportunities to explore all that nature has to offer and make some wonderful memories yourself!

Facing the tranquil leafy quiet of the National Park, this spacious retreat will have you unwinding from the moment you wander in. From a comfortable seat on the front balcony facing the tall trees, you can hear the birds and soak up some dappled morning sunshine whilst sipping on a relaxing cup of morning coffee ☕️ ☀️ 🏠

Featuring a large open kitchen and sprawling entertaining room, a separate media room, 6 burner BBQ, multiple outside dining options and table tennis table – this house really knows how to entertain 🍹

Ceiling fans and air conditioning will keep you cool in summer and both an indoor and outdoor firepit will keep you cosy in the cooler months 💦 .

Within walking distance to the lake and a short drive to the beach, many adventures (bushwalking, boating, sailing, kayaking or surfing) all lie waiting! 🏄‍♀️ ⛵️
