Nourish your Soul in takayna/The Tarkine, one of the oldest temperate rainforests in the world. Here in this enchanted and magical forest we spend the morning reconnecting our spirit to earth. Experience the ancient practices of Qi Gong/Tai Chi, Meditation and Forest Bathing against a backdrop of awe-inspiring beauty. These practices will enhance your relationship with nature and provide a sense of deep peace and clarity.
After a delicious lunch you will receive two personal treatments by qualified practitioners designed to cater to your individual requirements. The day closes with participants feeling centered, invigorated and deeply valued.

Time: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Place: Smithton, takayna/The Tarkine Rainforest, Lake Chisholm and Julius River.

We took a group to the Scallop Festival in Bridport - North East Tasmania on the weekend. What a blast! Guests enjoyed succulent fresh scallops in the form of kebabs, arancini', pies, Japanese pancakes and vol au vents and washed them down with local wines and spirits. Joey met one of her favorite celerity chefs - Analiese Gregory before everyone boarded the bus for a merry ride back to the North West. Hats off to the organisers for a fantastic day!
