Recently I had a client who was on river cruise in Europe and then was due to do an ocean cruise in the Mediterranean which was due to leave on Monday and this was Friday morning the ocean cruise got cancelled 3 days before travel.

If they had of booked direct they would of had a week in Rome left to work out what they were going to do and their refund would not of been processed straight away.

Not only were we able to get them on to another ship which left Genoa on the same day with only a suite available, I was able to get the cruise company to transfer the refund plus the future cruise credit they were offered but cover the additional cost of the suite.
