๐ฌ Last weekend, Glen Innes was visited by an SBS film crew, supporting Ernie Dingo as he explores significant landmarks throughout Australia for his television show, โGoing Places with Ernie Dingoโ.
๐ Ernie and his team visited the Christmas in the Highlands markets, The Australian Standing Stones National Celtic Monument, and they even attended the St Andrewโs Day Flag-lowering Ceremony at The Croft Celtic Cultural Centre and Cafe Glen Innes ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ
Despite the rainy weather, Ernie and his team were treated to an evening of entertainment, including highland dancing, singing, food & drink, and a rousing Address to the Haggis.
๐น The film crew thoroughly enjoyed themselves and recorded much footage of the Glen Innes Highlands region over the weekend.
๐บ We look forward to seeing the highlights of our town showcased on an upcoming episode!
