Meet Maralyn 👋

A volunteer with the Tamworth Visitor Information Centre for almost 3 years, Maralyn is often one of the first friendly faces to greet newcomers to town.

She started volunteering when new to town, to meet people and feel part of the community. Now she's a favourite among both fellow volunteers and visitors - always ready for a chat, a laugh, and a helping hand.

Her favourite part? “Everyone walks out with a smile.” Seeing that joy always brightens her day and brings her back for more.🥰

This Volunteer Week, we celebrate people like Maralyn who make our community feel like home. 🏠💙
