Representing University of the Sunshine Coast students, the Ursa Major Theatre Association is a contemporary theatre group that gives students at USC the opportunity to create and or perform theatre in a supportive, student-driven environment. Ursa Major gives students a creative outlet and the opportunity to gain unique experience and skills in modern facets of drama. We focus on genres of theatr

e and performance art that allow us to experiment and create openly in a nurturing and educational setting.

Ursa are hosting our annual general meeting on the 11th of December at 10am at Buderim Memorial Park. Everyone is welcome to join and you wish to nominate for a position on the board for 2019 please email [email protected] with your preferred position! ☺️ if you are not sure on what you'd like to apply for or what we're about, be sure to send us an email or Facebook message and we'll get back to you!

Here are some rehearsal photos for our upcoming show 'Do You Have A Minute?' which will be performed in just two days! We're excited to finally show you what we've been working on in just two days :]

'Do You Have A Minute?' was created by Alaxzandra Allen and Sian Ayton and devised with Izzy Cameron and Samantha Rose and will be presented as part of the Festival of Australian Student Theatre. There will be many student productions performed over the festival, so be sure to check it out!
