At Aquaduck, our number one priority is making sure every guest has a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience on our tours ๐ฆ๐
Hereโs what you need to know about accessibility on board the Duck:
๐๏ธ Boarding โ Access requires walking up 6 steep steps with rope railings on both sides.
โฟ Mobility Aids โ Wheelchairs, motorised scooters, and walkers canโt be taken on board due to seating layout, but weโre happy to store them safely at our office. Walking sticks and crutches are welcome.
๐ถ Service Animals โ Assistance pets with a clearly visible vest are welcome on board. Non-service animals are not permitted.
๐ฃ๏ธ Hearing Impairments โ Our tours include audio commentary. A printed script is available upon request.
๐ฑ Accessibility Support โ Weโre proud to partner with Cรฉrge, a free companion app for people with disability, parents, carers and support workers! It is your personal disability advocate in your pocket to improve confidence and community participation
๐ For more information, visit the Access Statement page on our website, or call us on 07 5539 0222. Weโre here to help!
