Mount Thilba Loop | Mapleton NP
Graded: Moderate
Length: 10.6km

Rainforest, a waterfall you can swim in, and views all the way across the Gheerulla Valley. The Mount Thilba loop in the Blackall Range delivers on every front with a detour to Gheerulla Falls that’s worth the extra steps.

Yerang Break & Nerang Forest Walk | Nerang NP
Graded: Moderate - Hard
Length: 17km (with hills!)

A long one through Nerang State Forest, just west of the Gold Coast. Eucalyptus, dry rainforest, a few climbs that’ll earn your lunch, and excellent birdwatching in the canopy if you look up!
