Delta Air Lines is taking a more relaxed approach to dining in Delta One business class, and it’s a refreshing change.

The airline is serving classic comfort food in an elevated way, like a wagyu burger, braised lamb, beef short rib and mac and cheese, with a Ch*****ne float for dessert. Delta says its customers wanted familiar dishes that make them feel at home on the flight. The new experience starts from late October on selected flights from Los Angeles to Auckland and Brisbane, with Sydney and Melbourne following in early November.
