The rapid spread of the coronavirus currently presents many people with a particular challenge and in some cases a worrying situation. Many travelers to China or other affected countries, but also travelers from China especially need our personal help.

As a global business travel partner, the HRS team does everything to ensure that we support and help our customers quickly, despite the special circumstances. By deploying a special crisis team, we offer our customers worldwide 24-hour support in twelve languages (https://tinyurl.com/r27vkh6) to take care of the most important issues in connection with their hotel booking:

+ We help you to cancel your hotel booking in China or any other massively affected destination - free of charge. The same applies to travelers who are not allowed to leave the country due to travel bans. Please contact our customer service by mail to [email protected] and use the hashtag , so that we can treat your request with priority.

+ Calls from travelers from China are partially redirected via Europe or Brazil to make best possible use of our service capacities.

+ We have also increased resources of our customer service team at short notice to cope with the increased service volume.

+ HRS colleagues at our Shanghai location work from home office despite holidays and curfew to help our Chinese guests as quickly as possible.
