New Private Investigator scandal - Rod Diplock, Chuck Truan, Gerald Chipeur, QC.
PBCC LEAKS has just received some very startling news regarding the dirty and criminal methods used by the PBCC to attack and eventually shut down Tim Twinam's original peebs.net website.
A female private investigator, known only as "SN" was hired by 4 senior PBCC members including Rod Diplock, who is a director of the PBCC and also a director of the UBT. The PI became so disgusted with the dirty, crooked and illegal methods that the PBCC and their attack lawyer Gerald Chipeur were using that she called Tim Twinam, in distress, to warn him what was happening. Tim (referred to as TT below) took notes that were emailed to a number of persons, one of whom recently forwarded the email to PBCC LEAKS.
The parallels to the recent case where Chipeur and Diplock hired a PI to hunt down Richard Marsh are remarkable - and again, in the recent case PI David Wallace was so disgusted that he sent a detailed warning to the intended victim. What a shocking testimony to the morals of the PBCC, that private investigators, who make their living by delving in to unsavory scandal cannot stomach what the brethren are asking them to do.

I thought you might be interested in some detailed notes that were passed to our lawyers yesterday regarding the Private Investigator who made contact with Tim back in 2005/6.
This is a fascinating sub-story that has an excellent possibility of linking together the Washington lawyers and Chipeur.
We have omitted various items, but there is enough here to make most peoples jaws drop - including our lawyers.
The call took place around September last year (2008), The notes from the hour-long conversation were taken at the time on a number of old envelopes in the pulled-over car and then transcribed within the hour.

Caller was:
- Outside in park - she was walking a dog (spoke to dog twice)
- Gave passer-by directions to somewhere. She knew where she was. Passerby interrupted SN, speaking to her direct. This indicated she was alone.
- Bad signal and difficult to hear sometimes
- Call was a continual one-way conversation - she was dumping - she explained she wanted me to know the truth and that she felt bad over the deception involved. She also stated her husband had died and that she'd survived a bout with bladder cancer. She was attempting to make some amends.
She gave her full name - subsequently checked out as TX licensed Investigator
Private Investigator - licensed
-- had worked for EB before in child 'kidnapping' case (in TX?) "We helped EB recover a child that had been 'abducted' by a parent".
Chipeur:
- is responsible for EB having web site. It was Chipeur's idea - he insisted that the EB needed an internet voice to help contradict the impact Peebs.Net was having.
- Chipeur bought and built the EB website - it was in his name for years
- 'John' a member of Chipeur Advocates was a computer expert and was watching Peebs.Net daily. He was researching ways to possibly hack in to the system.
SN was recruited by:

-- 'John' & 'Paul' (EB - Australia)
-- Were paid a $75K fee!!
-- took instructions from above and lawyers - incl Chipeur and 'Washington lawyers'
Instructions:
-- find TT physical address
-- find TT work place
-- get names of all other people involved
-- get admission to site
-- discredit TT, find any dirt
-- break site if possible
-- virus infestation (Chipeur idea)
-- see if buy-out/go away for money an option
-- Chipeur suggested that SN "sleep with TT if necessary"!
All expenses paid:
-- 5 trips to VT
-- decided on a TV interview 'sting' - professional film crew
-- persuaded EB that this would give her credibility
-- persuaded EB to pay $300 Interview Fee to TT
-- Interview held in Holiday Inn, Waterbury Conference Room
Frequent Discussions / Tele-conferences
-- Chip/Wash/Aus all in collusion - "You wouldn't believe the amount of money they have spent so far"
-- trips to Washington, DC to lawyer offices (has to have been Fullbright?)
-- EB wanted to offer $50K - SN said no way near enough "TT believes in what he's doing" ... "he probably doesn't have a price"
-- EB still don't believe it's the work of one person - kept on asking for more names
-- Chipeur warned SN to stay off site for two days while they attempted to infest with virus. The attempt failed (2006)
-- they are "obsessed with Peebs.Net and call TT the 'True Enemy'"
SN:
-- talked with partner (now deceased husband) about 'turning' - ie helping Peebs.Net!
-- "pi**ed at the illegal acts perp'd by Chipeur"
-- "this team was behind all the DoS Attacks ... they were a topic of discussion on telephone conf's" !!
-- SN asked Chipeur not to sue until she had finished the TV 'sting' - he ignored her and served the suit the day of the 'sting'. (Because I wasn't at work, the service failed and I had to pick it up from the Police Station.)
-- SN was furious at this "because it could have ruined all the hard work in getting you to trust me"
-- SN indicated that she cancelled/terminated the contract shortly after.
Other information:
-- SN's husband became very ill shortly after landing contract - SN took over Peebs.Net case
-- SN did all VT trips
-- angry at Chipeur and EB tactics - illegal

-- SN contacted bladder cancer had surgery
