morning walks before anyone needs anything from me.
saying no and not explaining why.
sitting in silence without reaching for my phone.
journaling what I actually feel, not what sounds okay.
spending time with women who make me feel like myself.
going to Bali and giving myself a whole week to come back to me.

that last one... the most powerful thing I have ever done for myself.
