Site foreman position available for excavation and demolition work. Our company is currently undertaking excavation work in different areas around Sydney and we need a motivated and experienced candidate.

Our company is involved in bulk excavation, demolition, piling and some civil work, and we are looking for the right candidate for the job.

The work involves managing a small team, coordinating with the builders, managing resources such as concrete, steel, trucks and tips, and have knowledge in reading plans, and site marking. Must be able to conduct safety induction, fill out risk assessment forms and SWMS. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience, with an unrestricted demolition supervision ticket.

Demolition out of the way, now the big boys toys come out to play. Site remediation, shoring and excavation, we do it all, and we do it well. 75 piles drilled and installed in 5 days while still excavating, sieving topsoil and loading trucks.

2021 is still rolling out strong with yet another a new project.
This gem of a site is nestled in the heart of Brookvale.
The Link team has stared strip-out and preparing for the demolition.
Thank you for our new client that has entrusted us with getting their project into the ground. This site will include Demolition of the 2 houses on site, perimeter piling, capping beam, bulk excavation, shotcrete and anchoring, then the excavation of the foundation and services.

In just 3 weeks, the Link team has completed the demolition, piling, capping beam and almost finished with the bulk excavation, despite the bad weather. It's an amazing effort that can only be achieved by having the correct equipment and experience for the job.
with our scope almost complete, our good client will be starting the construction ahead of time.
