Same venue. Two very different event experiences.

This week our team is onsite at ICC Sydney supporting two conferences, each with its own unique requirements and event technology strategy.

For the AADA National Convention, we’re delivering a high-volume onsite experience with self-service kiosks, access control scanning and an interactive event app featuring gamification.

For the Justice Health NSW - Health Care in Secure Settings Conference, our role extends well beyond check-in, supporting the event from registration configuration through to a hybrid experience with live streaming, virtual exhibition, audience Q&A, live polling and an event app that keeps attendees connected.

Every event is different. That’s why we tailor the technology to suit the objectives, audience and experience our clients want to create.

We’re on the Gold Coast this week, supporting the Australian Elder Abuse Conference 2026 at the RACV Royal Pines Resort.

Our self-service touchscreen check-in stations are helping delegates register quickly and smoothly, so they can focus on the important conversations ahead.

Another event, another opportunity to bring event technology together.

This week we supported the MFAA National Conference with a fully integrated event experience, including:

🖥 Self-service check-in kiosks
🎟 Function scanning
🎥 Hybrid event delivery

Whether attendees joined in person or online, our team worked behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
