To set the record, at least 250 people must submerge themselves in icy water for at least three minutes simultaneously in baths that will be approximately 6 degrees Celsius.

WE HAVE OVER 500 PEOPLE SIGNED UP AND READY TO TAKE THE PLUNGE ON THE 20th JANAURY FOR OUR GUINNESS WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT FOR THE WORLD’S FIRST EVER, BIGGEST GROUP ICE BATH!! 🥶💥

We have a heap of media already locked in including, Channel 7, ABC and 6PR radio and the press!

We also have INTERNATIONAL involvement from organisations and individuals in the UK, Singapore, Thailand, Bali, New Zealand and America who are all going to be taking an ice bath on the day and filming it so we can upload to the website! 🥶

Excited is an understatement and while we’re almost ready to go, we remind ourselves that the reason for staging the event is to raise awareness and money for those suffering with anxiety and depression.

The event is not-for-profit and in aid of Beyond Blue, the Australian mental health charity.

And it’s not just some ‘gimmick’ to get attention. There are now many, science-based, peer-reviewed studies showing the positive benefits of cold-water immersion and breathwork on alleviating symptoms of anxiety and depression which can help people to start making other positive changes to break them out of this anxious and depressive cycle.

We work with many people in this situation with tremendous results.

But to further help the ‘cause’ we are asking for donations to the GoFundMe page (copy the link below).

If we got 500 people to donate just $10 and in turn they got only 10 of their friends and family to donate $10 then we’d have $55,000, which would be incredible 😃🙀

We’ve aptly coined the phrase: 10-10-10! 🤪

So, please, make a donation, now.

And be a part of making a difference in the lives of people who just might need a hand and bit of help out of the ‘woods’.
