Descend to the base of Wallaman Falls!

The 4km return Djinda Walk descends into the rainforest of Girringun National Park with incredible views of the Stoney Creek Escarpment.

As Explorer Casey Fung found, this grade 4 hike is brutally steep, unstable, and slippery. There’s also no phone service, so hikers should ensure they’re well-equipped and carry a PLB.

While swimming isn’t permitted, marvelling at this beauty up close is well worth the hike!
