Happy 35th birthday to Kumar and Suba and the team at .. how fortunate Sydney has been to have you here .. initially to open the groundbreaking Mayur in the CBD and then to keep creating some of the best Indian food in the country.
We love celebrating with a menu that recalls dishes created over that extraordinarily long time.
Love that you are a treasured part of our Spice Gourmet Safari in Sydney with a demonstration class for our guests.

Sunday reading suggestion - The Correspondent by Virginia Evans.. her first book and wow.. absolutely loved this!
Finished on the beach in Sicily and it’s now with my brother. I lent it first to a guest on our Sardinian and Corsican safari who speed read it, handed it to me with tears in her eyes and said it was possibly the best book she had ever read!
A brilliantly well-told story of a life through letters .. not something I’d normally pick up but thanks to bookstore it came with me on my travels.
