Conference day one ✅ 📣

In the morning highlights included an opening address with Michael Gazal, our General Manager, and Joe Araullo, our CEO, as well as an incredible opening keynote from Lisa O’Neill. In the afternoon the trade show with our partner suppliers was in full swing and in the evening we enjoyed a ‘Taste of Tassie’ event kindly sponsored by Viking.

We can’t wait for the next two days of continued connection, bring it on!

Supplier events and lunches are a fantastic way for our personal travel managers (PTMs) to deepen their knowledge of new products and destinations that are relevant to their clients.

Over the past few weeks, there have been several great events held across Australia, including:
1. A trade event in WA featuring Princess Cruises, Wendy Wu Tours and AN.
2. The Zimbabwe Roadshow in VIC, giving PTMs valuable insights into Zimbabwe as a destination.
3. A Hilton-hosted event in WA, where PTMs heard updates from the Hilton group, with a particular focus on Greece.
4. A wonderful lunch in SA hosted by Greg McCallum from Entire Travel Group for local PTMs.
These occasions are just some of the ways our PTMs stay up to date and continue building strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers.
