Travel Update – Middle East Airspace

You may have seen the recent news regarding developments in the Middle East and how this is affecting some airspace and commercial flight operations in the region.

I understand this can feel unsettling, especially if you’re travelling to or via this area. Please know I’m actively monitoring the situation and staying closely updated as things evolve.

If you’re travelling within the next 72 hours, I will contact you directly if your booking is impacted or if any action is required.

If your trip is further away, I kindly ask for your patience while I prioritise travellers with imminent departures. Rest assured, I’m keeping a close eye on developments and will be in touch if anything changes that may affect your plans.

In the meantime, I recommend checking the Australian Government’s official travel advice via the SmartTraveller website for the latest updates and guidance.

Travel Tip Tuesday ✈️

Before you book (or fly!), check these 3 things:

🛂 Passport – Most countries require 6 months validity beyond your return date.
🌍 Visas & entry rules – Some destinations need online approvals like the UK’s Electronic Travel Authorisation or the USA’s Electronic System for Travel Authorization.
🛡️ Travel Insurance – Take it out when you pay your deposit, not the week before you leave.

A quick check now can save a lot of stress later.
