With Sanchez Rivera’s 23 years and Teuchert’s 15 years of dancing experience they are two of the most qualified tango teachers in Australia and the Oceania region. Having studied with the leading tango dancers from Buenos Aires, they are equipped with unsurpassable knowledge and eager to share this with their students and audience. d Teuchert have been invited to perform and teach at events across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Italy, UAE and Argentina. Both Sanchez Rivera and Teuchert have extensive experience in the production of shows including Sanchez Rivera choreographing the Australian production “Satango – The Devil’s Tango in 2004 starting Simon Burke and Sharon Millerchip with musical direction by Wayne Harrison. The partnership of Sanchez Rivera and Teuchert has produced one of the leading performance couples in Australia, combining skill, knowledge, unmatched stage presence and artistic expression. Tangueros is the only tango company in Australia that has performed with renowned Argentine Tango Companies in Buenos Aires, Argentina, including the famed company of Mora Godoy. The couple are innovative teachers who have introduced new concepts, styles, techniques and movements that set their students apart.
