Hi All
After a long break due to unforeseen circumstances Sydney Music Australia are back in business. We will be posting music some recent some not so recent and of different recording quality on here over the next few weeks and we encourage any feed back on the songs you may like for not like.
The first offering is from our Recent Experimental 10 project

MA are proud to announce the up-and-coming release of their latest project “The Experimental 10”
SMA had the idea to showcase the talents of some of South Australia’s finest musicians and to record the project in South Australia.
Utilising Mixmaster’s awesome analogue studio facility and the production values of South Australian engineers and producers, the project is exclusively South Australian.
There were no sheets written or rehearsals for the sessions, Willie and Mick Wordley directed traffic and everyone was given their head. The songs were performed in basic form with room to move so that everyone could add their own creative contribution. The project was recorded in six days from start to finish.
The album is a collection of songs written SMA . There is great diversity so everyone will find something they like on this recording. please give the songs a listen , and take a look at the MR Fancy Pants video t and please share with your on line friends . The Site has pictures and video footage of the recording process and interviews from some of the musician .

SMA are proud to announce the up-and-coming release of their latest project “The Experimental 10”

The album is a collection of songs showcasing the songwriting talents of SMA. There is great diversity so everyone will find something they like on this recording.

The album is set for release in March 2017 with a CD launch March 31st at The Gov with a launch in Sydney on the cards later in the year links below

Hi Everyone, SMA are excited to announce the launch of our most recent project under the name of "The Experimental 4".
We fly from Sydney to Adelaide today to commence the recording of a new Album at Mixmasters Studios - the premiere Australian studio for analog 2" recording. This will be produced by Willie McCracken and engineered by the legend and microphone guru Mick Wordley.
It will be a collaboration between ourselves and some of the finest Australian musicians in Dave Blight on harmonica, Chris Finnen on guitars and some very accomplished young South Australian musos.
We will be flying to the USA in January 2016 for a months promotional tour taking in Memphis, Nashville, Birmingham Alabama, Orlando Florida and New Orleans and anywhere else that will have us.
We are documenting the journey from the conception of the songs to the album launches for Sydney and Adelaide on our return in February 2016

Rag Doll , the opening track from Devils Crossroad,s debut Ep has just been added to the across the board rotation list on C 91.3 , FM. Radio
A very large Commercial station Sydney ,
It will be hear at least twice a day including prime time . Well done to the lads , this proves independent company's like SMA can get a result if you work hard enough
