Good evening all,
Who plans there trips with an itinerary ?

Do you plan everything from what your doing during the day and where your staying ?

Maybe you just head a certain direction and see what happens.

Do you pre book your stays and payed points of interest ?

We sometimes have a destination but not always.
Some of our trips we just had a certain direction and see how far we go.
Then return a different way.

We don't do alot of paid points of interest.
Just some that interest us.

We like the idea of winging it and see what happens.

Disability/ageing campers.

What tips or experience can you share to those who have a disability ?
How do you cope with your disability ?

For those in the older bracket who cannot move like they used to but still want to travel & camp what has made it easier ?

Maybe you have a tip or hack to make like easier ?

Maybe someone who is young and has issues how do you cope ?

For Kerrie and I we both have some issues and we have learnt not to over do it.
If we stop at a town we just pick a few things to check out and not to push ourselves to see it all and we are ok with that.

What items have you left behind at a camp site ?

What have you seen other campers leave behind ?

We have only left behind a tow ball cover 😆

But have seen a caravan leave behind there step at a rest stop.

Guess these are common to leave behind.

A Question from a follower.

We sleep in a tent on stretcher beds and use sleeping bags.

Instead of sleeping bags what blankets are you using ?

Are there blankets that are warm enough but not to bulky.

Hi everyone,
What non fridge meals do you take ?

Especially if space is tight in the fridge or you take some extra food in case you decide to stay longer .

Maybe just some easy meals when your to tired to cook.

Here are some we take in case we decide to stay longer or just want an easy meal.

2 minute Noodles
Baked beans & spaghetti
Pre pack rice
Braised steak & onion in a tin.
Pancakes mixture.
Tuna & salmon tins
Soups
So many other options.

What towels are you using while travelling ?

Microfibre or normal towels.

We've had Microfibre ones before but didn't feel great.

We currently use normal towels and are great but bulky.
