⚖️ CAN A MIGRATION AGENT SAY NO OR END AN AGREEMENT?
YES! Registered Migration Agents have professional obligations under the Migration Agents Code of Conduct, and there are circumstances where we may decline or cease representation.
đźš« WHEN MAY REPRESENTATION END?
❌ False or misleading information
⚠️ Abusive or threatening behaviour
đź’° Non-payment of agreed fees
đź“„ Failure to provide essential documents
🤝 Conflicts of interest or a serious breakdown of professional trust
đź’” PARTNER VISAS
When representing both the applicant and sponsor, a relationship breakdown may create a conflict of interest.
At Future Bound Migration, if a conflict arises following a relationship breakdown, our policy is to cease representing BOTH parties, subject to our professional obligations.
We do not take sides.
🏢 EMPLOYER-SPONSORED VISAS
Employment disputes, sponsorship changes or conflicts of interest may require us to reassess or end representation.
⚖️ IMPORTANT TO KNOW
A disagreement or relationship breakdown does not automatically terminate a service agreement. Any termination must comply with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct and applicable contractual obligations.
đź’™ At Future Bound Migration, professional integrity comes first.
Respect goes both ways. Professional boundaries matter.
