Superb lunch at a Michelin‑starred restaurant in Arriondas — creative takes on traditional Asturian cuisine made with fresh local produce.

We began with a chocolate bonbon, followed by a croquette served on a little stone — such a delightful surprise.
The main course, including the classic Asturian ‘fabada’, was wonderful, and each wine pairing was beautiful.
Thank you for the warm hospitality.

We visited Marion again this year, spending time with her beautiful Shetland sheep, Shetland ponies, and Shetland sheepdogs. It was truly wonderful to see her and her lovely ‘family’ again.
