برای آنهایی که می‌پرسند پرونده فامیل شان کی بررسی می‌شوند، امگریشن این روز ها بیشتر پرونده کسانی را بررسی می‌کنند که در ماه سپتامبر و اکتبر ۲۰۲۳ درخواست داده اند. این دو سه هفته همه ویزاهای همسر که صادر شده اند ماه های سپتامبر و اکتبر ۲۰۲۳ درخواست داده بودند. به جز موارد استثنایی (مثلا داشتن فرزندی که نزدیک به بیست و سه سالگی است) پرونده های ۲۰۲۴ بررسی نشده اند. هرچند پرونده ها با هم یکی نیستند و مدت‌زمان بررسی انها می‌توانند فرق کنند، طوری به نظر می‌رسد که بعد از بررسی پرونده های قبلی، نوبت بررسی پرونده های نوامبر و دسامبر ۲۰۲۳ به زودی برسد. از مشتری های ما، در دو هفته گذشته، ویزای ۲-۳ فامیل هر هفته (جمعا بالای ۱۶ ویزا) بررسی و صادر شده است.

After some slow partner visa processing period for citizens of Afghanistan, the Department seem to start granting some visas. Two families were granted their visas this week, and one last week. Hoping this will continue. These applications were lodged in Oct 2023, and were residing either in Afghanistan or Iran.

This week seems to be partner visa grant week. Today, so far visas of 9 families have been granted.
هفته‌ی خوبی برای متقاضیان ویزای همسر خواهد بود. از صبح تا حالا ویزای نه (۹) فامیل توسط وزارت مهاجرت صادر کرده است. آنهایی که ویزایشان صادر شده اند همه ساکن افغانستان بودند و بررسی پرونده شان بین ۸-۱۲ ماه زمان برده است.

تغییرات اخیر در قانون مهاجرت که اجازه می‌دهد فرزندان بالای ۲۳ سال از طریق ویزای همسر اسپانسر شوند، فقط شامل آن پرونده‌هایی اند که اسپانسر از طریق کشتی آمده و قبل از ۶ فبروری ۲۰۲۳ درخواست داده بودند. آنهایی که بعد از این تاریخ درخواست داده‌اند متاسفانه شامل این قانون نمی‌شود.

Ending the week with good news for two of our clients today.

1. First AAT hearing for a protection visa applicant happened in Dec 2023. Hearing was adjourned for today 2 PM. Got a call from AAT today that the hearing is cancelled and the Member has made a positive decision on the case.

2. Citizenship applicant with significant criminal history had applied for citizenship himself before and refused on character ground. We lodged the application again and provided argument as to why his application be approved. Got the approval today.

Everyone is asking me how many of your clients have been granted ROS visa. Since 21 Feb 2023, 26 clients have been granted an ROS visa. We are hoping for more visas to be granted by the end of the year.

همه از من می‌پرسند که چند نفر از کلاینت‌های شما ویزای دایمی ROS دریافت کرده اند. از ماه فبروری تا حالا ۲۶ نفر ویزای ROS دریافت کرده‌اند. انتظار داریم که ویزاهای بیشتر طی چند ماه دیگر صادر شود.
