Unique Cruises have released their Vietnam and Cambodia River Cruise Brochure

Unique Cruises is celebrating Tết Nguyên Đán, the start of the Vietnamese lunar new year, with the launch of its Vietnam and Cambodia River Cruise brochure.

"I'm thrilled to be able to start the 'Year of the Tiger' with the launch of our new brochure", said Walter Nand, Director of Unique Cruises. "According to the zodiac, Tigers are courageous and active, enjoy an adventure and rise to a challenge, which is particularly relevant with the challenges of the past few years".

Nand also advised that the 'Element' of the 2022 Lunar New Year was water, so it was the perfect time to launch their programmes on the mighty Mekong River.

Unique Cruises' Vietnam and Cambodia river cruises feature sister ships, The Jahan and Jayavarman.

"Not all river cruise ships and experiences are equal," said Nand. "We have carefully selected ships that reflect the luxury of the colonial era combined with all the modern amenities that we know clients expect on a luxury river ship".

The Asian Lunar New Year celebrations are based on the new moon which occurs each year in late January or early February.

Although occurring on the same new moon day in many of the countries that celebrate it, each country's celebrations are unique to their own cultures, each with its own interpretations, zodiacs and traditions.
