On 8th March 2018 we will be joining people around the world to celebrate International Women’s Day. It’s already been a strong start to the year for women with Oprah’s powerful speech at the Golden Globes in January and the launch of the new “Time’s Up” movement by 300 Hollywood women.

We had the pleasure of working with the absolutely incredible Furnace & the Fundamentals who had the place rocking right up until the last song! At the end of October we had the pleasure of working with Steve Carroll to run his first Digital Live event in Brisbane. This is the first of its kind being offered to the Real Estate Industry.

Not only does the program provide a solid 6 month focus on participants online presence, but the event raised over $11k to provide disadvantaged kids an opportunity to get access to internet and their own computer for homework through The Smith Family Tech Pack Program. Looking forward to 2018!

Heading back from Auckland this morning and I was having a chat with my driver about how great the cycling in Auckland is now with all of the new cycleways. You could experience the beautiful north and these wonderful cycling tracks by joining The Electrolux Ride to Provide New Zealand in May 2018. If you're based in Auckland or happen to be there next Friday 24th November, then come along to the breakfast and hear from Peter Baines and the crew from Bigfoot Adventures.

The Hands Group is partnering with Electrolux to bring you the "Electrolux Ride to Provide New Zealand" in 2018. Over the coming years we will ride from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island. You may wish to join us for one, or several of the multi day rides, or you may wish to set yourself the goal of riding the entire length of the country.

Each of the stages will be ridden over four to five days ensuring the ride is achievable but not without a challenge. The first stage will be ridden in May of 2018 and will take riders down the stunning west coast of the North Island arriving a few days later in Auckland.

On the 24th of November, in Auckland, we will host a breakfast with Electrolux to launch the ride and registrations will be accepted shortly thereafter.

We would love to see you at the breakfast if you are Auckland based or if that is not achievable stay tuned for when registrations open.

There are 300 children across 7 projects in Thailand that are currently supported through the charity Hands Across the Water. You will know that this is a charity that is dear to my heart and I am super excited that, through some fabulous woman in my tribe, we will be taking Project Gen Z's amazing Dare to Dream program to the kids in Thailand in April 2018.
