Maritime Cook Islands will be joining Superyacht Australia on the South Pacific Stand at the 2025 Monaco Yacht Show, alongside Melanesian Luxury Yachts – showcasing the strength and diversity of the region on the world’s biggest superyacht stage.

Maritime Cook Islands (MCI) is the Cook Islands Register for Ships and Yachts that performs the Flag State functions on behalf of the Cook Islands Government. MCI operates directly from the Cook Islands and can provide services and assistance to its clients anywhere in the world through an extensive network of Deputy Registrars and approved surveyors.

Superyacht Australia successfully hosted the 5th annual Australia Fiji Rendezvous, bringing together 17 Australian and South Pacific marine representatives to Vuda Marina and Port Denarau Marina on Thursday 14 and Friday 15 August 2025 to connect with captains and crew from vessels cruising Fiji.

Over two busy days the Rendezvous delivered valuable updates on Australia’s world-class marine infrastructure, from marinas, shipbuilding, refit and maintenance facilities to service providers and cruising routes along the vast coastline. The inclusion of Indonesian and Melanesian representatives added an important regional dimension, highlighting the collaboration between Australia and the wider Asia Pacific regions in both service offerings and cruising grounds.

The Australian Fiji Rendezvous continued with the ever-popular Crew Cocktail Mixing Competition. Crews fully embraced the spirit of the event, dressing in Aussie-themed outfits, shaking and blending a mix of Australian and Fijian ingredients. The win was claimed by crew from M/Y No Comment, impressing the crowd with their delicious lamington-inspired cocktail creation.

Crews and attending members continued into the evening with a lively networking party, featuring a traditional Fijian dance performance by VOU Dance Fiji and live music from a local band.
