This week at F45 Lane Cove: It's Week 2 of Phase 7: BASE
Monday: PIPELINE is a HIIT Hybrid focus! We are riding the wave with surfing-inspired movement patterns.
Tuesday: LONESTAR take "unilateral" to another level! 1 lap, left sided work, 1 lap right sided work!
Wednesday: DOCKLANDS will keep you on your toes with this slow - fast paced cardio session!
Thursday: FUSION is back with your choice of upper and lower! Look for more Push focused movement patterns this phase.
Friday: CROSSFIRE brings the choice of Thursdays to your Hybrid Fridays! Each station will give you the choice of cardio or resistance. Mix and match however you like!
HYROX STRONG on Friday night is week 2 of progressive overload training directed for HYROX racing! Don't miss this if you have a race in your sights this year!
Saturday: WEST HOLLYWOOD makes a comeback after a long hiatus and we know you are going to love the variety of the 27 stations!
Sunday: ANGRY BIRDS gives a full spectrum resistance workout to round out the week: Lower, Upper & Core with Slow/Heavy, Moderate Weight/Pace and Fast/Light rounds!
