Australia, here I come! 🇦🇺 Next week I’m heading to Adelaide for the Australian Tourism Exchange, Australia’s biggest travel trade event, to connect with trusted partners, discover what’s new, and deepen my firsthand knowledge of this incredible destination. 🏇🍪 In 1958, Tim Tam won the Kentucky Derby, making racing history with one of the sport’s most memorable names. A few years later, Australia’s Arnott’s borrowed that winning name for its now-iconic chocolate biscuit after Ross Arnott reportedly heard it during the horse’s U.S. racing fame. Since 1964, Tim Tams have become an Australian staple, and for those in the know, the legendary “Tim Tam Slam” (biting off both ends and using it as a straw for coffee, tea, or hot chocolate) is practically a rite of passage.
