👉 Two seats left on the ship to Antarctica for our women's trip!

�Not everyone gets the chance to step foot on the White Continent. Even fewer do it alongside a group of women who decided they weren’t waiting for “someday.”�On 11 March 2026, we’ll sail with Aurora Expeditions for the ultimate once-in-a-lifetime journey. Icebergs, penguins, whales, and (for the adventurous few) sea kayaking amongst them.

We LOVE exploring with you!

Over the weekend we had nourished bodies, full hearts, muddy boots and more breathing space from yoga! ✨

Last weekend, we wrapped up our final Blue Mountains Hiking & Yoga Escape for the year — and what a way to finish. From hiking through the lush Grand Canyon track to unwinding in yoga, sharing laughs over chocolate by the fire, and making space for rest, reflection, and real connection.

Some women came solo. Others brought a friend. All left with something deeper than just a getaway.

We even had women fly over from Perth! 🙌

To those who joined us — thank you. You made this weekend what it was: connected, calm, and full of life. We can’t wait to return in 2026.

Hi from Guide Mon and Tracy 👋 We’re out here on the Murramarang South Coast Trek—swipe through to see how stunning this trip really is.

We actually like washing the dishes on these trips. Because we know that back home, you’ve probably done enough of that already.

Between work, school pick-ups, running businesses, being a grandma, or holding everything together—there’s not always time to pause.

So when you come away with us, we take care of the big and little things—like cooking, setting up tents, and yep, washing up—so you can relax into adventure.

🔥 Sit by the fire.

👣 Hike the coast.

🍫 Eat the chocolate.

🌊 Laugh with new friends.

We’re back in October for our only Murramarang trip in 2025. Mon’s on trailer duty, Tracy and Kylie will be guiding you through the forest and along the cliffs.

Tents? Sorted.

Snacks? Plenty.

Human-sized esky? Haha! Don’t ask. Just come see.

Good weather, better company, and that feeling you only get when you’ve hiked into a hidden valley and climbed out smiling.

Thank you so much for coming!!

Led by local legend and one of our WWA guides (she knows these trails like the back of her boots), this group of women nailed the descent, the climb, and all the laughs in between.

What if your next chapter starts with a backpack?

You’ve done the family thing. The work thing. The looking-after-everyone-else thing.

Maybe it’s time to try something… just for you.

The Women’s Six Foot Track Overnight Hike isn’t about knowing it all already. It’s about showing up, moving your body, learning new things — and doing it alongside a group of women who get it.

No overnight hiking experience? That’s almost all women who attend. What we have in common is the WANT to get outdoors and do something different in a non- touristy group!

This is where you begin.
* Carry a pack (we’ll show you how).
* Walk through the bush on one of NSW’s most iconic trails.
* Cross the swing bridge.
* Set up camp.
* Share stories around the fire.
* Wake up somewhere you’ve never slept before.

It’s not a retreat (we have that as another weekend)… overnight camping is an experience.

And it might just change how you see yourself.

🌿The Grand Canyon hike was magic, but the real shift? It happened somewhere between the deep breaths and deep belly laughs this weekend!

Between the valley views, early morning stretches, fire chats and quiet cups of tea, something else settled in.

Ease. Curiosity. A feeling you can only get when you give yourself the space to just be — with no pressure to impress or perform.

Thank you to the women who joined us for our Yoga + Hiking Retreat in the Blue Mountains this weekend!

This is what our retreats are really about.

A small nudge back toward yourself. And maybe, if you’re lucky, toward a few new friendships too.
