The amazing Osprey have rebuilt their nest and set up "home" on the top of the tallest hoop pine tree on the property.

During the summer holiday period, over 2000 people enjoyed a great time at Tahlee. A number of camps were held including a large Hillsong camp with around 800 young people. A variety of water activities provided lots of fun and the pool was also used by one camp for the baptism of a number of their young people. Some families here on holidays were able to enjoy the king tides. Hillsong again used a large circus tent for their times of worship and Bible study. What a blessing to see hundreds of young people sitting on the ground and listening to the Gospel message. Praise God for the work He did in peoples lives over this period. It was a blessing having fine weather during this time, but we would ask you to please continue to pray for rain as our dams are getting very dry.

Sorry - had a problem with the recent post. Will try again.
The current king tides have created some extra water in our swimming pool which is beautiful. But on the other side of the property our dams are a different story. The top dam is empty and the lower dam is going down. Please pray for some good rain to fill both dams before our guests arrive for the holiday period. We anticipate having around 2000 visitors over the next five weeks.

A sincere "thank you" to all our Tahlee friends for praying for our safety here. The fires in the area have burnt over 9,000ha and are not yet under control. However, we have been told that the wind change has now turned the fire closest to us to the north west and away from us. The cooler weather today and the bit of rain we had last night has helped the situation. Praise God for the great work of the firefighters and continue to pray for their safety until they get these fires out. They have done, and are continuing to do, an amazing job in really difficult conditions.

The Tahlee property is very smokey but we are safe at the moment. Please pray for protection over next couple of days. The fires are closer to Karuah but with the windy, hot weather forecast, this could create a problem for us.

Easter at Tahlee - a great weekend for everyone. Beautiful weather, God blessed the three camps here - one had the privilege of baptising several of their members in the Tahlee pool. Sunrise service on Sunday was a beautiful way to celebrate Christ's resurrection. Thanks for praying.
