Late nights are part of winemaking. The finished image of winemaker Shawn Kalleske from Laughing Jack Wines plunging the last parcel of fruit in the winery for Vintage21 and checking out that colour! Some beautiful Mataro destined for the Laughing Jack GSM. Late nights in the winery are nearly over for 2021.
