☀️ Happy European Summer!

Today marks the first day of winter here in Australia ❄️🇦🇺, which just happens to be my favourite time of year — because it signals the start of the European summer season! ✈️🌻🍷

I always get excited at this time of year, calling my valued clients who are about to embark on their European adventures and wishing them a wonderful holiday. 🧳💙

I can picture it now: long sun-filled days ☀️, vibrant evenings 🌅, endless places to explore 🏛️, beautiful pebble beaches 🏖️, and incredible food and wine 🍝🍷. What's not to love?

What a fantastic few days in Sydney attending the TravelManagers Top 50 event! ✨

It was my first time being part of this incredible experience, and I had such a fabulous time listening to informative guest speakers, enjoying a delicious lunch at the Park Hyatt, and finishing the day with a stunning harbour cruise for Vivid Sydney’s opening night. 🌉✨

Feeling very grateful to be surrounded by so many wonderful and supportive fellow TravelManagers and the team at NPO. A truly memorable experience! 💙

Ever heard of 🐜 “Hormigas Culonas” — the literal translation "big bottomed ants"?

A traditional delicacy from the Santander region of Colombia where Dainer Paez is at the moment, these crunchy ants have been enjoyed for centuries. They’re roasted with salt and taste nutty and earthy.

They have been eaten for centuries and locals still consider them a cultural treasure, and they’re even believed to have health benefits because they’re packed with protein. Definitely one of the most unique foods in the world 🌎

Barichara always steals my heart. Cobblestone streets, whitewashed houses, mountain views, and the kind of calm that makes you slow down and actually breathe. From wandering through town to watching the sunset over the canyon, every corner feels like a postcard. 🇨🇴✨
