2025 Rotary Change Over Dinner
Wow! What a night we all had to say the very least.
Let us start by reminding ourselves this world of the “Rotary Four Way Test”
• IS IT THE TRUTH ?
• IS IT FAIR TO ALL CONCERNED ?
• WILL IT BUILD GOOD WILL & BETTER FRIENDSHIPS
• WILL IT BE BENEFICIAL TO ALL CONCERNED
We add a fifth and that is,
WILL IT BE FUN ?
•There were so many highlights on the evening, being a changeover let’s start with thanking our out going president the incredible Richard Johnson for the amazing job he has done over two consecutive terms. Richard has always been a very active Rotarian and lead us through some very challenging times always smiling, so thoughtful and thorough.
He handed the helm to a very special Rotarian who is at the cutting edge from Harrington driving the new Rotarians and is a mover and shaker, none other than the lovely but very driven Monika Hansen, thank you again Richard and welcome Monika, Monika was also awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship, congratulations Monika and thanks for taking on this roll.
Thanks to District Governor Laurie Easter and Robyn Norton Area Community Leader for coming along as well as the eleven Rotarian from Erina who made the long trip to support Monika and Rotary in general.
