The Good news, the Sad news and the Exciting news - sorry it’s a long one - if you could share that would be amazing !

The Good News....
After 10 months of refunding customer bookings (and sadly my entire 2020 income 😢) I am happy to announce that as of today nearly all of my customers bookings have all been actioned for either refunds where applicable or credit options taken. It’s taken 10 months of endless chasing of suppliers, fighting for what my customers want & completing a mountain of administration work but I have got there in the end! 🙌🏻

The Sad news....
Travel Counsellors have announced their departure from the Australian travel market due to the terrible effects of covid19 on the travel industry and our ongoing international border closure. 😢.
I have had an incredible 4.5 years with Travel Counsellors. I have loved every minute of it ( well .... except for 2020 ) 😳
After much thought I have made a decision that I think best suits you .. my valued customers and me as your trusted Travel Industry advisor and business owner.

The Exciting news….
As part of Travel Counsellors departure from the Australian market, I am going to be aligning with Express Travel Group under the Independent Travel Advisors brand.
ITA is 100% Australian owned under the banner of Express Travel Group who is also 100% Australian owned. That is paramount in my view.
Express have been in the industry for 30 years, so the experience & the buying power is enormous!!

At ITA - we will partner with all of the current suppliers of Travel Counsellors. In addition we have new and exciting partners such as Luxury Escapes and Creative Cruising – with more exciting ones still to be announced!!
