Home for the last time. We at Sydney Harbour Tall Ships were proud to accompany the Young Endeavour as she sailed into Sydney Harbour following her farewell voyage. We wish her all the best in her next chapter of life. Farewell old friend.

Join us as we farewell Royal Australian Navy tall ship Young Endeavour when she sails through Sydney Heads for the final time on October 23 at 9am.

The retiring vessel will be accompanied by escorting vessels including Southern Swan and James Craig. She will sail down the Western Channel (adjacent to Middle Head), then round Bradley's Head and Fort Denison, before shaping course for Fleet Base East.

Our tall ship became a little shorter this week when her mizzen mast was removed for maintenance. If you look closely in the first photo, you'll see its a few feet off the deck, being lifted by a crane. Don't worry, Coral Trekker will be cruising again soon, shinier and back to full height!
