🚂𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁, 𝗕𝘆𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗻𝗲: 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘆𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸

Our “Built, Bypassed and Gone: Toodyay Railway Walk” heritage walk is now underway, exploring how the arrival of the standard gauge line in the 1960s changed our town - what we lost, and what we gained along the way.

📍 Starting and finishing at the Toodyay Visitor Centre
⏱️ 10:30 am – 11:15 am
📅 Wednesday and Fridays from April 29 to 15 May inclusive.

Timed to align with the arrival and departure of the MerredinLink Train service, the walk is part of the Australian Heritage Festival and offers a chance to experience these stories in place.

A new exhibit opened up over the long weekend at the Newcastle Gaol Museum. As part of the exhibit launch there are guided tours taking place on Wednesdays and Fridays from now till the 15th of May.
