NOW HIRING – 2nd RECEPTIONIST | CASUAL
Discovery Coaches is a local family-owned operated travel tourism company based in Toowoomba, and we’re looking for a 2nd receptionist to join our team and help with our busy office.
About the Role - Career in reception / administration work
• Strong written / verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great organisational and multitasking abilities
• Competency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and data entry
• Pickup and learn usage of in-house computer booking system
• A keen willingness to learn about travel and tourism
• Self-motivation and a reliable attitude and must work as a team
Duties will include:
• Reception and general administration
• Answering phone calls
• data entry and filing
• Email correspondence
• Bookings from customers, over the phone or face to face
Casual Hours
Flexible hours available to suit the right applicant
Monday to Friday (4 days a week or more)
