I had a lovely morning showing Shelley and Errol around Toowoomba this week

It had been many years since their last visit, and they were amazed at just how much our beautiful Garden City has changed. We explored some of our local sights, wandered through a few of our gorgeous parks and, of course, enjoyed plenty of Toowoomba hospitality along the way.

They were so impressed that they’ve decided to come back during the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers and book a Boileau Concierge Garden Tour — giving them the chance to discover some of the region’s spectacular private and prize-winning gardens.

Now that’s a great idea!

There's something special about sharing an experience together.

This weekend, we had the pleasure of taking a wonderful group of ladies to Brisbane for the ballet. Travelling together meant the fun started the moment they stepped into the vehicle, with plenty of laughter and excitement all the way to the theatre.

Listening to them chat about the performance on the journey home reminded Ken and me why we love what we do. Being part of someone's special day makes working on a weekend more than worthwhile.

We recently experienced the true value of this service ourselves while travelling in a non-English-speaking country. During our private transfer, our driver noticed that our luggage hadn't been tagged correctly before we headed into the airport. It was a small detail that could have caused a significant inconvenience later in our journey.

Have you seen the amphoras at Symphony Hill Wines? They are truly intriguing. When you visit as part of a Boileau Concierge private wine tour, you have the opportunity to see them up close and learn the fascinating history behind them.

Hamish had these guests completely enthralled with his stories and knowledge. And then there are those beautiful female portraits on the wall… what is the story behind them? That is an important question too!

We could easily spend all day at Symphony Hill learning interesting trivia, hearing the stories behind the wines, and soaking up the atmosphere. It is experiences like these that make every tour unique.

So yes we may be on holidays but doesn’t mean we stop working. Did a wine tour out if Santiago to research more ideas and of course to sample the wines. It was a great day, great wine, but unlike our private tours did not remain private when it came to tasting the wine, we sat as a large group to listen and taste. I like our way better

Gayle and Brad had a fabulous day touring with Boileau Concierge Service through the beautiful Granite Belt wineries, stopping along the way for a delicious bite to eat. While the weather may have been bitterly cold, the warm welcomes at each winery made the day even more special. It was wonderful to watch the smiles continue from one stop to the next as they relaxed, explored, and enjoyed everything the region has to offer.

Just a little side note from Boileau Concierge…
Since purchasing our beautiful Maddy the Merc, Ken was invited by Mercedes-Benz Toowong & Macgregor, Brisbane to enjoy a round of golf at the prestigious Royal Queensland Golf Club.
Needless to say, he was thrilled! A wonderful day out, plenty of fun, and a well-earned chance to relax. Ken works incredibly hard behind the scenes to make sure our guests always receive exceptional service, so it was lovely to see him swap the driver’s seat for the golf course for a change.
Even “Maddy the Merc” enjoyed a quiet day while Ken traded four wheels for a golf cart!
