Tuesday 22 November starting at 6pm. At the SES Shed 57 Kelly St Nelly Bay.

Yet another local has been lucky after being bitten and not doing the right thing. (Looking at you Ben!).

So it is timely we run another short course on the right thing to do if you, or someone else, is bitten or stung by one of our not so friendly island creatures.

We will cover:

Snakebite bandaging and first aid
Box Jellyfish
Bluebottles
Stone Fish & Lion Fish
Cone Shells
Spider bites
Basic CPR.

Course taught by qualified SES First Aid Trainers and a licenced snake handler.

There are limited spaces due to the size of our shed. Booking by messenger are essential.

For a donation you will also receive a snake bite bandage to take away ($20 suggested).

Deb Jeacle's Cambodian Children's Fund, Fundraising Dinner - BOOK TODAY!
Sunday 4th December 2022

"Cambodian Children's Fund is an organisation very dear to my heart. I have sponsored a young girl since she was 3yo and in the Daycare program. She is now 13 and blossoming in school. I am fortunate enough to travel to Cambodia in January 2023 to ride 350km to help raise much needed $$ for the construction of a new kindergarten to add the incredible support CCF offers families and children living around the rubbish dump in the Steung Meanchey area."

"This dinner is to celebrate the power of community and how much can be achieved when we come together with generosity and spirit, all proceeds will go to the CCF kindergarten build, Miles for Smiles campaign 2023."
